*INTRODUCTORY CLASS* Kickboxing Class | $ FREE

This single "Introductory Class" is a "first-come, first-served" class with minimal availability. Good for 1x kickboxing class per person. Classes are suitable for Beginners to Advanced. This dynamic class involve a full-body workout consisting of varying modalities, calisthenics, anaerobic, strength and team-building, high-intensity training, Muay Thai kickboxing techniques, and Hapkido self-defense tactics. To register, click the "Book Now" button, then select your start "Date" of choice, and finally the "6:30 PM" time slot in the right panel. NOTE: Max attendance is capped at 10x students per class. Class schedule is Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursdays. Participants MAY be turned away if maximum capacity is reached.

*GROUP* Kickboxing Classes | $10

This "Package" is good for only 1x kickboxing class and can be purchased one class at a time. Classes are suitable for Beginners to Advanced. This dynamic class involve a full-body workouts consisting of varying modalities; calisthenics, anaerobic, strength and team-building, high-intensity training, Muay Thai kickboxing techniques, and Hapkido self-defense tactics. To register, click the "Book Now" button, then select your start "Date" of choice, and finally the "6:30 PM" time slot in the right panel. NOTE: Max attendance is capped at 10x students per class. Class schedule is Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursdays. Participants MAY be turned away if maximum capacity is reached.

*MONTHLY* Group Kickboxing Class (12x Classes) | $98

This "Monthly Package" is good for 12x kickboxing classes and can be purchased one month at a time. Classes are suitable for Beginners to Advanced. This dynamic class involve a full-body workout consisting of varying modalities, calisthenics, anaerobic, strength and team-building, high-intensity training, Muay Thai kickboxing techniques, and Hapkido self-defense tactics. Class is to be consumed consecutively but rollovers are acceptable towards the following month. Accounts must remain current and in good standing for benefits. To register, click the "Book Now" button, then select your start "Date" of choice, and finally the "6:30 PM" time slot in the right panel. NOTE: Max attendance is capped at 10x students per class. Class schedule is Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursdays. Participants MAY be turned away if maximum capacity is reached.
